More healthy recipes! Of course, there are tons that don't work for me, but lately I've been doing well figuring out different combinations of my favorite foods to get healthy recipes that
do taste good. My latest is a pumpkin spice smoothie.
The last time I saw my mom, she had got me
Trader Joe's Pumpkin Butter
. It's divine. Literally, it's just pumpkin puree and some spices, so there aren't even any crazy sweeteners or preservatives. I'm in love. I've been adding it to everything and have already had to make a trip to the city to buy more.

For the smoothie, I added about a tablespoon of pumpkin butter to a cup of greek yogurt, two scoops of
Protein Powder
and a cup of milk and blended. Sometimes I also throw in a few ice cubes. I blend until smooth and voila! It's like a post-workout dessert.
